My formal education includes a BA in Psychology (University of Hawaii) and being a certified graduate of the Life Coaching Institute of Australia.  Besides coaching, I've had experiences in the following areas:

• Fitness (former fitness trainer);
• Public and Motivational Speaking;
• Consultant (business and commercial real estate);
• Sporting (former professional athlete and elite private coach).
